Orders
The receipt of an order by BigStream Interactive Limited, trading as Game Stack, does not constitute order acceptance or confirmation. BigStream Interactive Limited, trading as Game Stack, reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse service. Verification of customer information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. If you wish to return an item which we have delivered to you, please note that you are responsible for the cost of doing so. BigStream Interactive Limited, trading as Game Stack, may, at its discretion, refund such charges where circumstances warrant us doing so.

Postage/Shipping Costs
We charge shipping at cost and have ten bands according to weight and size. UK shipping charges are based on First Class Mail or Standard Parcels rates. Overseas shipping costs are based on Airmail or Parcelforce International Economy rates.

Game Stack can provide other shipping methods including Recorded Delivery and Parcelforce within the UK and Airsure and International Datapost outside the UK. Please contact us with any special requirements and we will respond with revised shipping costs.

Shipping is free within the UK for orders over £75.

Delivery
We aim to fulfill all orders within seven days. However, the vast majority of our orders ship within 24 hours of the order being received and should arrive within 2-3 days of the order being placed where delivery is to the UK. If we cannot fulfill your order within 7 days, we will contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed.

Cancellation
You have a right to a ’cooling off’ period during which time you may cancel your order for any reason. If you wish to exercise this right you may do so up to 8 working days following receipt of your order. Simply email sales@gamestack.co.uk or call us on 0845 603 0608 and advise us of the order number you wish to cancel. Note that, if we have already sent the item out, you will need to return it at your own cost. Any other charges which have been applied will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering
When you find a game you wish to purchase simply click to add the game to your shopping basket. The shopping basket has the facility to remove items, completely clear the basket or order the items. Whatever means you decide to use to pay for your order, you will be provided online with an order number and emailed to confirm the order number and the games you have ordered.

Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept most major credit cards. The order page displays your shopping basket contents and asks you to fill in name and address details. An option is provided to pay online. Follow the link to provide your credit card details at our secure payment site which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a form of data security, to secure all payment transactions. If you prefer, you can notify your card details to us by other means. Note your order number which you should quote in all further communication regarding your order. You can then send your credit card details to Game Stack, Thames House, 63 Alexandra Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0QS or telephone us on 0845 603 0608.

Cheque or money order payment
We can only accept sterling cheques and money orders. Post your cheque, or money order, to Game Stack, Thames House, 63 Alexandra Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0QS. Don’t forget to provide the order reference number. Please note that we will not ship your order until your cheque has cleared.

Return policy
We try to ensure that our games arrive with you in perfect condition but if your order does arrive damaged, please let us know immediately on 0845 603 0608 or by email at sales@gamestack.co.uk. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return it unused in its original packaging within 8 working days and we will either exchange it or arrange a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Privacy & Security
Game Stack will not pass on your details, including email addresses, to anyone else. We may use your details to contact you in the future with respect to special offers or other news. You can opt out of receiving this communication when you order and any email sent will notify you how to avoid receiving future mailings should you wish to opt out at that point. The only information we collect and store is that provided by you when you fill in the order form or, in the case of registration, the email address provided. This information is collected through the ordering or registration process. Additionally, when you contact us with a query, we may store your email address and any other details which you choose to provide, for example a particular game you are looking for. We only store your personal details in order to provide you with the games service you would expect.
