It was invented by three generations of one family who live in the UK and the USA.
It involves players drawing tiles from a pile and making words that interlock. The player to use up all their tiles first is the winner.
The clever thing about the game is that everyone is involved all the time as you play independently so unlike Scrabble and other word games there is very little down time while you wait for other players to go.
