Saint Petersburg is about players “building” the city of Saint Petersburg. To do this, players balance money (rubles) with which to buy cards, which in turn earn money, points, or both.
The winner is the one who has scored the most victory points by the end.

Build the city and guide it’s population in this historical city building game
Baroque palaces, wide boulevards, and elegant bridges ��� this is St Petersburg on May 16, 1703, as Czar Peter the Great lays the foundation for the first building.
More buildings quickly follow, bringing the aristocracy glory. However, traders are needed to bring the rubles necessary for all this magnificence, otherwise, the buildings are empty and bare ��� and this is where you come in!
In this board game, players take on the role of rival traders who battle to win the most rubles in order to bring St Petersburg to life.
