Making words from words…
The aim of LeCardo is to make compounds or idiomatic phrases, e.g. bedside, break-in, time out etc.
As in the examples above, hyphenation and spacing are allowed. Each compound / phrase made must be in relatively common use and must be agreed on by all players.
Players need to think several moves ahead in order both to frustrate their opponents and maximise their scores.
