Jerusalem

At the beginning of the 12th Century, European families conquered Jerusalem.

The city became a theatre for power struggles and bloody clashes. The King’s Palace, the Holy Sepulchre and the Tower of David were the keys to control of the city.

Crusades, new Patriarchs and the politics of the region constantly altered the fates of the families. Which Baron will prove most able? Whose castle will tower over the rest?

Using your resources, you will take control of key areas in the city of Jerusalem: the King’s Palace, the Patriarchy, the Market, the Templars, the Nobility, and the Tower of David. The areas you control provide you with resources you need to expand your power in the city: men, gold, and prestige. Your prestige is represented by the height of your castle tower, which you can add to at the end of each round of play. At the end of the game, the player with the tallest castle tower is the winner!
